The 6 week Well Aware course enables people to develop
skills to cope more effectively, challenge unhelpful thinking, improve
resilience and regain control. People who wish to volunteer on this course must
have completed the course themselves first but may ultimately support the
course facilitators to make group members feel comfortable, co-facilitate parts
of the course themselves or help plan and write future course material.
