Calderdale Cares 4 Us (CC4Us) is a new project, hosted by Healthy Minds, to provide public and voluntary sector workers with free mental health and wellbeing provision.
As public and voluntary sector workers, you have have been caring for and supporting people in Calderdale during the pandemic. This has likely taken a toll on your professional and personal lives, and we want to help with this. We are funded by Public Health England for 6-12 months, and our focus is on offering a range of free services and activities to help with mental health and wellbeing. These services are available to all public and voluntary sector workers who live and work in Calderdale, without the need to be referred. All you have to do is book in with us and you can access services that can help you:
Have time for yourself
Feel more positive
Enjoy a physical activity
Try a new hobby
We will also be developing an integrated platform for all services, activities and support in Calderdale, so we will leave behind a place that connects you with wellbeing services beyond this project.
How to book:
1. Read about the services available
2. Check the timetable of sessions
3. Select a session, click 'sign in' and then 'create a new account'
4. Enter your details to create an account
5. You can now click 'make a new booking' on an available session
6. You will be emailed details about attending your first session!
More services and activities will be added as the project gets going - tell us the activities you want to do by completing our short survey!

The services and activities offered are commissioned using the results from an ongoing survey, where we find out from you what would help you would like to support your mental health and wellbeing. Tell us what you would really like to do to feel happier, we want to make it happen! Our provision could include... 1 to 1 therapy and counselling, group sessions, activities, classes and workshops.
