Volunteering: Walking Group
Healthy Minds is only able to run these extremely popular ‘Walks for Wellbeing’ with the help of a small but fantastically committed group of volunteer Walk Leaders. The link between physical health and mental health is well documented and the more Walk Leaders we can recruit, the more walks we can run! Walk Leaders undergo specialist training alongside the usual Health Minds training package. Please keep an eye on this web page for details of our next Walk Leader Training.
