How to pay in your fundraising:

​Please make sure any cheques from you or your supporters are made payable to CALDERDALE WELLBEING.  And don't forget to include your name and the name of the fundraising event so we know the money is from you!

Very important: Please remember to post any sponsorship forms to us if donors have ticked the gift aid box.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer please email Vicky at [email protected] with details about your fundraiser including the amount you have raised. She will send you a bank reference so we can recognise your donation when it comes in.
