Healthy Minds have joined forces with the incredible groups and organisations in your local area to deliver a week-long programme of activities to support your mental health and wellbeing!
The Wellbeing Trail takes place from the 6th to the 12th of June at venues across Upper Calder Valley. Everything on the trail is completely free to attend, providing an opportunity for all to take time, relieve some stress and try something new.
Whether you’d like to try out an exercise class, socialise, spend gentle time in nature or explore a holistic therapy there’s so many amazing activities to choose from to help you look after your wellbeing.
