Schools Workshops

We have an established track record of providing workshops in  schools throughout Calderdale.

Workshops include a range of interactive and reflective tasks.  Participants will place themselves on the continuum of mental health, imagine and discuss different ideas in relation to mental health and identify stigma in the media.

The contribution of people who have direct experience of mental distress is an important part of our workshops; this involvement reduces some of the stigma and encourages positive dialogue.

All sessions are flexible and can be tailored to your needs, including workshops on particular topics like exam stress, self-harm and drugs/mental health.

To discuss or book a workshop, contact Tara on 01422 345154 or email tara@healthymindscalderdale.co.uk
